SHIPPING
How are shipping costs calculated?

I ship all products with USPS and have done my best to estimate actual shipping cots. If you end up paying more than two dollars more than the actual cost of shipping, I will refund the overage.

When will I receive my order?

I typically ship out all orders within three days of receiving your order. I ship with USPS First Class mail, which usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you. If you need your order quicker, please contact me and we can arrange for faster shipping.

RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
If your product arrives damaged, I will offer a replacement product or a refund. All other requests for a return will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your order at erika@erikadonaghy.art.

Do you accept custom commission projects?
Yes! I love to work with clients to create custom pieces. I'll create custom paintings, pottery, murals, and even create artwork live at events. SEND ME AN EMAIL to inquire about a custom commission now.
